Refund Policy

If you feel dissatisfied with your purchase, you can contact us and apply for a return or refund under the following conditions:

• Refunds must be applied for within 7 days of the original delivery date. No refunds will be approved for an item requested to be returned 7 days after the original delivery date.
• Items bought off sale will not be refunded.
• When you apply for a refund we will compensate you with credit scores, NOT money transfers.
• Items not bought from our store exclusively will not be refunded.
• All items to be returned or exchanged should be in their original packing, unused and with all the accessories that you received with it.
• No refunds will be accepted if the returned item is missing an accessory.
• The customer will bear the expenses for returning the items to our warehouse.
